1. தகுதி
- நீங்கள் 18 வயது அல்லது அதற்கு மேற்பட்டவராக இருக்க வேண்டும். சேவை தற்போது இந்தியாவில், முதன்மையாக தமிழ்நாட்டில் உள்ளவர்களுக்கானது.
- சரியான தகவல்களை அளிக்க வேண்டும்; ஒருவருக்கு ஒரு கணக்கு. உங்கள் போனையும் உள்நுழைவுக் குறியீடுகளையும் பாதுகாப்பது உங்கள் பொறுப்பு.
2. சேவை
- சுயாதீன ஜோதிடர்களுடன் அரட்டை, குரல்/வீடியோ அழைப்பு மூலம் ஆலோசிக்க உதவும் தளம் இது. இலவசக் கருவிகள்: ஜாதகம், பொருத்தம், ராசி பலன், பஞ்சாங்கம்.
- ஜோதிடர்கள் எங்கள் ஊழியர்கள் அல்ல; அவர்கள் தெரிவிக்கும் கருத்துகள் அவர்களுடையவை.
- சேவையை மாற்ற, மேம்படுத்த அல்லது சில அம்சங்களை நிறுத்த எங்களுக்கு உரிமை உண்டு.
3. ஜோதிட அறிவிப்பு
ஜோதிடப் பலன்கள் வழிகாட்டுதலுக்கும் தகவலுக்கும் மட்டுமே. அவை மருத்துவ, சட்ட, நிதி அல்லது உளவியல் ஆலோசனைக்கு மாற்று அல்ல; எந்த முடிவுக்கும் உத்தரவாதம் இல்லை. உடல்நலம், சட்டம், பணம் தொடர்பான முக்கிய முடிவுகளுக்கு உரிய நிபுணரை அணுகுங்கள். அவசர நிலையில் 112 அழைக்கவும்.
4. வாலட், கட்டணம்
- ஒவ்வொரு ஜோதிடரின் நிமிடக் கட்டணமும் ஆலோசனை தொடங்கும் முன் காட்டப்படும். இணைக்கப்பட்ட நேரத்துக்கு மட்டும், நிமிட அடிப்படையில் வாலட்டிலிருந்து கழிக்கப்படும். குறைந்தது ஒரு நிமிடத்துக்கான இருப்பு தேவை.
- வாலட் ரீசார்ஜ் Razorpay மூலம் நடக்கிறது. காட்டப்படும் விலைகளில் பொருந்தும் வரிகள் (GST) சேர்க்கப்பட்டிருக்கும் அல்லது தனியாகக் காட்டப்படும்.
- வாலட் இருப்பு GK Astro Voice சேவைகளுக்கு மட்டுமே; மாற்ற முடியாது; வட்டி இல்லை. பணத்திருப்பம் எங்கள் பணத்திருப்பக் கொள்கையின்படி மட்டுமே.
- "முதல் அரட்டை இலவசம்" போன்ற சலுகைகள் அந்தந்த நேரத்தில் செயலியில் காட்டப்படும் நிபந்தனைகளின்படி; அவற்றை எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் மாற்றலாம் அல்லது நிறுத்தலாம்.
5. பயனர் நடத்தை
துன்புறுத்தல், அவதூறு, ஆபாசம், சட்டவிரோதச் செயல்கள், மோசடி, மற்றவரை ஏமாற்றுதல், தளத்தைத் தவிர்க்க தனிப்பட்ட தொடர்பு எண்களைப் பரிமாறுதல், அனுமதியின்றி அழைப்புகளைப் பதிவு செய்தல் ஆகியவை தடை. விதிமீறல் இருந்தால் கணக்கை இடைநிறுத்தலாம் அல்லது மூடலாம்.
6. ஜோதிடர்களுக்கு (பார்ட்னர் செயலி)
- சுயவிவரம், தகுதிகள், கட்டணம் உண்மையாக இருக்க வேண்டும். வாடிக்கையாளர் தகவல்களை ரகசியமாக வைத்து, ஆலோசனைக்கு மட்டும் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.
- உத்தரவாதம் அளித்தல், பயமுறுத்தி பரிகாரம் விற்றல், மருத்துவ சிகிச்சையை நிறுத்தச் சொல்லுதல் கூடாது.
- வருமானம் செயலியில் காட்டப்படும் கமிஷன் விகிதப்படி கணக்கிடப்படும்; பணம் எடுக்கும் கோரிக்கைக்குப் பின் வழங்கப்படும். பொருந்தும் வரிகள் (TDS உட்பட) கழிக்கப்படலாம்.
7. அறிவுசார் சொத்து
செயலிகள், இணையதளம், பெயர், லோகோ, உள்ளடக்கம் ஆகியவை எங்களுடையவை அல்லது உரிமம் பெற்றவை. அனுமதியின்றி நகலெடுக்கவோ மாற்றவோ கூடாது.
8. பொறுப்பு வரம்பு
சட்டம் அனுமதிக்கும் அளவுக்கு, ஜோதிடப் பலன்களை நம்பி எடுக்கும் முடிவுகளால் ஏற்படும் இழப்புகளுக்கு நாங்கள் பொறுப்பல்ல. எந்த நிலையிலும் எங்கள் மொத்தப் பொறுப்பு, புகாருக்கு முந்தைய 3 மாதங்களில் நீங்கள் எங்களுக்குச் செலுத்திய தொகையைத் தாண்டாது. இணைய இணைப்பு, சாதனம், மூன்றாம் தரப்பு சேவைக் கோளாறுகளால் ஏற்படும் இடையூறுகளுக்கும் நாங்கள் பொறுப்பல்ல.
9. கணக்கை மூடுதல்
நீங்கள் எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் கணக்கை நீக்கலாம்: https://www.gkastrovoice.com/delete-account. விதிமீறல் இருந்தால் நாங்கள் கணக்கை இடைநிறுத்தலாம் அல்லது மூடலாம்.
10. சட்டம் மற்றும் நீதிமன்றம்
இந்த விதிமுறைகள் இந்தியச் சட்டங்களுக்கு உட்பட்டவை. தகராறுகள் தமிழ்நாடு, திருப்பூர் நீதிமன்றங்களின் அதிகார வரம்புக்கு உட்பட்டவை.

By using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older. The service is currently for people in India, mainly in Tamil Nadu.
- Give accurate information; one account per person. You are responsible for keeping your phone and sign-in codes safe.
2. The service
- A platform to consult independent astrologers by chat and voice/video call, plus free tools: Jathagam (birth chart), Porutham (matching), Rasi palan and Panchangam.
- Astrologers are not our employees; the views they share are their own.
- We may change or improve the service, or stop some features.
3. Astrology disclaimer
Readings are for guidance and information only. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Please consult a qualified professional for important health, legal or money decisions. In an emergency, call 112.
4. Wallet and payments
- Each astrologer's per-minute rate is shown before a consultation starts. You are charged per minute from your wallet, only for connected time. You need a balance for at least one minute.
- Wallet recharges are processed by Razorpay. Applicable taxes (GST) are included in, or shown separately from, the displayed prices.
- Wallet balance can be used only for GK Astro Voice services, is not transferable and earns no interest. Refunds are given only as described in our Refund policy.
- Offers such as "first chat free" follow the conditions shown in the app at that time and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Harassment, abuse, obscene content, illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, exchanging personal phone numbers to bypass the platform, and recording calls without consent are not allowed. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. For astrologers (partner app)
- Your profile, qualifications and rates must be truthful. Keep customer information confidential and use it only for the consultation.
- Do not promise guaranteed results, sell remedies through fear, or tell anyone to stop medical treatment.
- Earnings are calculated using the commission rate shown in the app and paid after a withdrawal request. Applicable taxes (including TDS) may be deducted.
7. Intellectual property
The apps, website, name, logo and content belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy or modify them without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from decisions made by relying on astrological readings. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet connection, device or third-party services.
9. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time: https://www.gkastrovoice.com/delete-account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tirupur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over disputes.
