கணக்கு மற்றும் தரவு நீக்கம்
GK Astro Voice அல்லது GK Astro Voice Partner கணக்கை எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் நீக்கலாம்:
- செயலியில்: சுயவிவரம் (Profile) → கணக்கை நீக்கு (Delete account) → உறுதிப்படுத்துங்கள்.
- இணையதளத்தில்: இந்தப் பக்கத்தில் உங்கள் மொபைல் எண்ணை உள்ளிட்டு, வரும் குறியீட்டைச் சரிபார்த்து நீக்கலாம் (https://www.gkastrovoice.com/delete-account).
- மின்னஞ்சல் மூலம்: பதிவு செய்த எண்/மின்னஞ்சலுடன் gkastro1classes@gmail.com முகவரிக்கு எழுதுங்கள்; உங்களை உறுதிப்படுத்திய பின் 7 நாட்களுக்குள் நீக்குவோம்.
நீக்கப்படுபவை
- பெயர், மொபைல் எண், மின்னஞ்சல், பாலினம், பிறந்த தேதி/நேரம்/இடம், சுயவிவரப் படம், முகவரி.
- சேமித்த ஜாதகங்கள், பொருத்த அறிக்கைகள், ஆலோசனைப் படிவங்கள், பின்தொடர்தல்கள், அறிவிப்புகள், உதவிச் சீட்டுகள், சாதனத் தகவல், அறிவிப்பு டோக்கன்கள்.
- உங்கள் அரட்டைச் செய்திகளின் நகல் (Firebase) — 30 நாட்களுக்குள்.
- உடனடியாக நீங்கள் வெளியேற்றப்படுவீர்கள்; பழைய உள்நுழைவுகள் செல்லாது.
வைக்கப்படுபவை (உங்களை அடையாளம் காட்டாமல்)
- கட்டணங்கள், வாலட் பரிவர்த்தனைகள், ஆர்டர்கள், ஆலோசனைக் கட்டணப் பதிவுகள் — இந்திய வரி மற்றும் கணக்குச் சட்டங்களுக்காக (பொதுவாக 8 ஆண்டுகள் வரை). இவற்றில் உங்கள் பெயரோ தொடர்பு விவரமோ இருக்காது.
- நீங்கள் எழுதிய மதிப்பீடுகள் "Deleted user" என்ற பெயரில் இருக்கும். ஜோதிடரிடம் உள்ள உரையாடல் நகல் அவருடைய பதிவாக இருக்கலாம்.
முக்கியம்
- நீக்குதலை மீண்டும் மாற்ற முடியாது. அதே எண்ணில் மீண்டும் உள்நுழைந்தால் புதிய கணக்கு உருவாகும்.
- பயன்படுத்தாத வாலட் இருப்பைத் திரும்பப் பெற, நீக்கும் முன் (அல்லது நீக்கிய 30 நாட்களுக்குள்) பணத்திருப்பக் கொள்கையின்படி எங்களைத் தொடர்பு கொள்ளுங்கள்.
- ஜோதிடர்கள்: பணம் எடுக்க வேண்டிய வருமானம் அல்லது நிலுவையில் உள்ள பணம் எடுப்புக் கோரிக்கை இருந்தால், அவற்றைத் தீர்த்த பின்பே கணக்கை மூட முடியும்.
Account & data deletion
You can delete your GK Astro Voice or GK Astro Voice Partner account at any time:
- In the app: Profile → Delete account → confirm.
- On the website: enter your mobile number on this page, verify the code we send, and confirm (https://www.gkastrovoice.com/delete-account).
- By email: write to gkastro1classes@gmail.com from, or mentioning, your registered number/email; we will delete the account within 7 days after confirming it is you.
What is deleted
- Your name, mobile number, email, gender, date/time/place of birth, profile photo and address.
- Saved Jathagam (birth charts), matching reports, consultation intake forms, follows, notifications, support tickets, device information and notification tokens.
- Your copy of chat messages in Firebase — within 30 days.
- You are signed out immediately and old sign-ins stop working.
What is kept (without identifying you)
- Records of payments, wallet transactions, orders and consultation charges, for Indian tax and accounting laws (generally up to 8 years). They no longer contain your name or contact details.
- Reviews you wrote stay, shown as "Deleted user". The astrologer's own copy of a conversation may remain in their records.
Please note
- Deletion cannot be undone. Signing in again with the same number creates a new, empty account.
- To get back unused wallet balance, contact us before deleting (or within 30 days after) as described in the Refund policy.
- Astrologers: if you still have earnings to withdraw or a withdrawal request is pending, please settle it first; the account can be closed after that.
