பணத்திருப்பம் மற்றும் ரத்து கொள்கை
1. ஆலோசனைக் கட்டணம்
- இணைக்கப்பட்ட நேரத்துக்கு மட்டும், நிமிட அடிப்படையில் கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்படும்.
- ஜோதிடர் உங்கள் கோரிக்கையை ஏற்காவிட்டால், அல்லது ஆலோசனை தொடங்கும் முன் நீங்களோ ஜோதிடரோ ரத்து செய்தால், கட்டணம் இல்லை.
- எங்கள் பக்கத் தொழில்நுட்பக் கோளாறால் அழைப்பு/அரட்டை துண்டிக்கப்பட்டால், அல்லது ஜோதிடர் பதிலளிக்காமல் இருந்தால், 7 நாட்களுக்குள் செயலியின் உதவிப் பகுதி அல்லது gkastro1classes@gmail.com மூலம் தெரிவியுங்கள். பதிவுகளைச் சரிபார்த்து, தகுதியான தொகையை வாலட்டில் திருப்பித் தருவோம்.
- முடிந்த ஆலோசனை நேரத்துக்கு, பலன்களில் உடன்பாடு இல்லை என்ற காரணத்துக்காக மட்டும் பணம் திருப்பித் தரப்படாது.
2. வாலட் ரீசார்ஜ்
- பணம் கழிக்கப்பட்டும் வாலட்டில் சேராவிட்டால்: பொதுவாக வங்கி/Razorpay 5–7 வேலை நாட்களில் தானாகத் திருப்பி அனுப்பும். இல்லையெனில் கட்டணக் குறிப்பு எண்ணுடன் எங்களைத் தொடர்பு கொள்ளுங்கள்; சரிபார்த்த பின் வாலட்டில் சேர்ப்போம் அல்லது திருப்பித் தருவோம்.
- இரட்டைக் கட்டணம் வசூலானால் கூடுதல் தொகை திருப்பித் தரப்படும்.
- பயன்படுத்தாத வாலட் இருப்பு பொதுவாகத் திருப்பித் தரப்படாது. விதிவிலக்கு: மேலே உள்ள கட்டணப் பிழைகள், சட்டப்படி தேவைப்படும் நிலைகள், அல்லது கணக்கை மூடும்போது — கணக்கை மூடிய 30 நாட்களுக்குள் கோரினால், நீங்கள் செலுத்திய (இலவச/போனஸ் அல்லாத) பயன்படுத்தாத தொகையைப் பரிசீலித்துத் திருப்பித் தருவோம்.
- இலவச அரட்டை, போனஸ், கேஷ்பேக் போன்ற சலுகைத் தொகைகள் பணமாகத் திருப்பித் தரப்படாது.
3. ஜோதிட அறிக்கைகள்
அறிக்கை தயாரித்து வழங்கிய பின் பணம் திருப்பித் தரப்படாது. குறிப்பிட்ட நேரத்தில் வழங்கப்படாவிட்டால், தொகை வாலட்டில் திருப்பித் தரப்படும்.
4. கடைப் பொருட்கள் (Astro Shop)
- அனுப்புவதற்கு முன் ஆர்டரை ரத்து செய்யலாம்; முழுத் தொகை திருப்பித் தரப்படும்.
- டெலிவரி ஆன 30 நாட்களுக்குள், பயன்படுத்தாத, அசல் பேக்கிங்கில் உள்ள பொருட்களைத் திருப்பி அனுப்பலாம். சேதமடைந்த அல்லது குறைபாடுள்ள பொருட்கள் மாற்றித் தரப்படும். கொள்முதல் சான்று தேவை.

5. பணத்திருப்ப நேரம்
வாலட்டுக்குத் திருப்புதல் உடனடியாக நடக்கும். அசல் கட்டண முறைக்குத் திருப்புதல் ஒப்புதலுக்குப் பின் 5–7 வேலை நாட்களில் நடக்கும் (வங்கியைப் பொறுத்து மாறலாம்).

Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Consultation charges
- You are charged per minute, only for connected time.
- If the astrologer does not accept your request, or you or the astrologer cancel before the consultation starts, there is no charge.
- If a call or chat drops because of a technical fault on our side, or the astrologer did not respond, tell us within 7 days through Help in the app or at gkastro1classes@gmail.com. We will check the session records and credit the eligible amount back to your wallet.
- Completed consultation time is not refunded only because you disagree with the reading.
2. Wallet recharges
- If money was debited but your wallet was not credited, the bank/Razorpay usually reverses it automatically within 5–7 working days. If not, contact us with the payment reference; after checking, we will credit your wallet or refund the payment.
- Duplicate charges are refunded.
- Unused wallet balance is generally not refundable, except for the payment errors above, where the law requires it, or when you close your account: if you ask within 30 days of closing your account, we will review and refund the unused amount you paid (not free or bonus credit).
- Free chats, bonus and cashback credits cannot be refunded as money.
3. Astrology reports
Once a report has been prepared and delivered it is not refundable. If it is not delivered within the stated time, the amount is returned to your wallet.
4. Astro Shop products
- You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund.
- Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or defective items are replaced. Proof of purchase is required.

5. Refund timelines
Wallet credits are instant. Refunds to the original payment method are made within 5–7 working days after approval (bank timelines may vary).
